FAQ: Shared Folders
On a Team Account everyone's newsletters are private and cannot be viewed or edited by others until they are added to a shared folder.
With our Shared Folders you can share newsletters with colleagues for them to duplicate or share newsletters with colleagues for them to collaborate on. This article will explain how to use our shared folder feature effectively.
How to Create Shared Folders:
- Head to the Newsletter page and click on + New folder add a name and click Create.
- Add your colleague/ group by clicking on ‘Share this folder’ searching for a specific name/group in the drop down.
To share a template with a member so they can duplicate the newsletters in the folder make them a Viewer.
To collaborate on newsletters in a folder make them an Editor.
Note: You can give different members in the same folder different permissions.
- Click on Add newsletters to add newsletters to the folder.
Using Shared Folder:
If you have been added to a shared folder it will appear under shared folders in your Newsletter Library.
If you are a Viewer in the folder you can view or duplicate the newsletter in the folder.
To duplicate a newsletter hover over the newsletter and click Duplicate.
If you are an Editor in the folder you can view, duplicate or edit the newsletter in the folder.
To edit a newsletter hover over the newsletter and click Edit.
To duplicate or view the newsletter hover over the newsletter and click Options and the select your prefernce.
